BoxBid SMS Terms

Effective October 23, 2026

These terms cover text messages (SMS) sent by Boxbid Inc. ("BoxBid") from boxbid.io. They are part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What we send

• One-time codes: sent only when you ask for one, for example to confirm your mobile number when you sign up. A code does not sign you up for any other texts.
• Text updates, only if you opt in:
  • order updates, for example that your order has shipped, with its tracking number;
  • brand and deal updates, for example that a fighter's team has accepted your offer, or that your sponsorship is confirmed;
  • messages from the BoxBid team about your account, order or deal. You can reply to these texts to reach our team.

We do not send marketing texts.

How you opt in

Text updates are optional. To get them, tick the "Text me updates" box next to your mobile number when you create your account on boxbid.io. The box is not ticked for you. Next to it, the form says what we will send, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, with links to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You can create an account and buy without agreeing to texts. See the sign-up form.

How often

Message frequency varies. Codes are sent only when you ask for one. Updates are sent when something happens on your account, order or deal.

Cost

BoxBid does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any BoxBid text to opt out. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. We will send one text confirming you have opted out, and then no more texts unless you opt in again. To start receiving texts again, reply START.

Where it works

This program is for mobile numbers in the United States on major U.S. carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
